The trailer for the Silent Voices Video.

My name is Diane Goring and I am an artist based in Somerset, England. I have a strong social conscience and my passion for a fair and just society is inevitably embodied in my work. I guess I’m an activist! As a Fine Art student expected to graduate in 2025, I never imagined my previous career as a social worker would lead me to such an important project that I must further, not only for the sake of the children we’ve lost, but in the hope of maybe saving some children’s lives or improving their circumstances. This project is ongoing. For more information and an update please see gallery 3 and the blog page. Following the success of the exhibition below we made the very important video. This project is far bigger than me, my art or my degree. Please support me and follow my progress if you can. Thank

A handwritten letter on pink paper discussing feelings of pain and suffering due to news and hatred, emphasizing the importance of compassion and understanding.

My recent exhibition Silent voices was based on extensive research. It is about the deaths of children where there is public care involvement that should have protected them. My findings were astounding and I am now working on the exhibition being able to tour with an accompanying video. These children must have a voice. If you wish to follow my progress with my projects and to hear of any events or workshops please subscribe to the site. I hope to publish every three months. Thankyou for considering my work.
